On May 25, 2011, LIPSG held an Oprah Winfrey Viewing Party to say farewell to the 25 year old show. News12 and TV55 captured the afternoon of the over thirty people who attended the affair. Oprah’s favorite sweets were served such as brownies and cakes. Lisa Munier stated, ” Oprah is empowering. Oprah is about finding our passion. All the doctors in LIPSG follow their passion everyday. They do what they love just like Oprah does what she likes. ”
In 2007, Dr. Thomas Davenport, MD, FACS, Dr. Marc Agulnick MD, FAAOS, orthopedic spine surgeon at the New York Spine & Scoliosis Center and Dr. Cohen MD, FACS, neurosurgeon at Neurological Surgery P.C. , created a team approach to treat spinal problems. Dr. Davenport’s role in the team is to help the other doctors with minimizing infection and scarring from spinal procedures and other spinal ailments.
Zeenabdeen Hadi celebrated his fourth birthday with the announcement that the surgeons at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group would operate on his face and skull over the next few months.
