Dr. Vincent DiGregorio is the senior surgeon at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group with more than 20 years of experience in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.  Dr. DiGregorio received his MD degree from Albany Medical College in Albany, New York. After his internship at the prestigious Cleveland Clinic Hospital, he completed one year of General Surgery residency at Boston University Hospital. Dr. DiGregorio then completed two years of General Surgery residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. DiGregorio received his advanced residency training in Plastic Surgery at Nassau County Medical Center in East Meadow, New York.

Dr. DiGregorio is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.  He performs a broad spectrum of plastic and reconstructive procedures and has special interest in cosmetic surgery with an emphasis on facial, nasal, and breast surgery.

Dr. DiGregorio performs an innovative facelift technique which is minimally invasive and has a relatively short recovery period. The MACS Lift creates a youthful look with a substantially shorter scar than other facelift techniques.  He is well-known for his work with patients who have had previous nasal surgery with less than satisfactory results.

Dr. DiGregorio is Chief of Plastic Surgery at Winthrop University Hospital. He is also the President of DayOp Center of Long Island, a freestanding ambulatory surgery center in Mineola, NY where many patients elect to have their surgery. Dr. DiGregorio has also served as a Major in the United States Army.
