On August 12th over 2,000 women came from all over Long Island to attend the “What Women Want”expo at Carlyle on the Green featuring Long Island Plastic Surgical Group. On August 9, 2011, Long Island Plastic Surgical Group (LIPSG) was featured in a TIME Magazine video, “Young Man’s Story Helps Kids Injured in War and Disasters.” LIPSG surgeons performed volunteer reconstructive surgery on Kenan Malkic from Bosnia, who lost his two arms and a leg after stepping on a land mine at 11 years old.
