Diana is an actual Dr.STITCH patient. In April of last year, Diana fell while rehearsing a ballet routine on a wooden staircase. She received eight stitches from Dr. DiGregorio. Diana and her family bonded with Dr. DiGregorio with every appointment. It was Dr. DiGregorio who recommended Diana for the Dr.STITCH campaign, he even jumped in on her photo shoot and took some fun photos with her.
Now 12 years old, Diana’s star continues to rise. Just last year her dance school was mentioned in The New York Times, highlighting Diana and four other young dancers for their performance at the renowned Joyce Theater.
