A woman in her 30s who desired improved abdominal contour after multiple pregnancies. The patient underwent abdominoplasty at the time of umbilical hernia repair. Repair of the hernia required removal of the bellybutton. After several months she underwent full high-definition liposuction of the abdomen and flanks along with umbilical reconstruction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 5 months after her most recent surgery.
