A woman in her 30s who suffered a large ventral hernia after prior C-section which required surgical repair. She also desired improvement in the contour of her abdomen and flanks. She underwent an abdominoplasty with flank liposuction at the time of her hernia repair. The postoperative photos were taken proximally 6 months after her surgery.
