60 year old female who desired a better overall contour of her abdomen, back and flanks, as well as subtle augmentation of her breasts. She underwent lipo 360 of her abdomen, flanks, and back. Some fat was used for a small augmentation of her breasts. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after surgery and show an improved overall contour, smoothening of her back skin folds, and a small, natural breast augmentation.
