Patient 108
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s with the BRCA gene mutation had bilateral mastectomies performed by Dr. Zhanna Logman. She underwent immediate reconstruction with placement of tissue expanders in front of the muscle (prepectoral). Her second stage involved implant exchange with smooth round silicone implants and fat grafting. The postoperative photos were taken one year after her most recent procedure.
