64 year old female with history of bilateral augmentation mammoplasty with saline implants placed by another provider. Patient then underwent left lumpectomy and radiation with implant- based reconstruction(smooth round high profile silicone implant). She also underwent symmetrizing right implant exchange(smooth round high profile silicone implants) with mastopexy.
