Patient 113
Dr. Kilgo
A 54-year-old female who has had multiple breast biopsies in the past with atypia. She underwent bilateral prophylactic nipple sparing mastectomies with a staged pre-pectoral breast reconstruction with tissue expanders followed by insertion of 305cc silicone implants and fat grafting. The postoperative photos were taken 4 months after her most recent procedure.
