Patient 126
Dr. Kilgo
70-year-old woman with a prior history of breast cancer on the right for which she underwent lumpectomy and radiation therapy. She developed a recurrence and had bilateral mastectomy with a D IEP flap on the right and a left muscle-sparing free TRAM. She subsequently underwent nipple areolar reconstruction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately one year after her first procedure.
