Patient 127
Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 30s diagnosed with invasive breast cancer opted for a bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy after chemotherapy. She underwent a staged expander implant reconstruction with fat grafting. Her most recent procedure involved re-positioning the implants and placement of Galashape mesh for additional support. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after her last procedure.
