A woman in her 20s with a strong family history of breast cancer tested positive for the BR CA gene mutation. She desired bilateral prophylactic mastectomy. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomy with pre-pectoral placement of silicone implants and gala flex mesh. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after her surgery.
