A woman in her 50s with cancer/atypia of the right breast underwent underwent lumpectomy with oncoplastic partial breast reconstruction and a symmetrizing left breast reduction. This was followed by radiation therapy to the right breast. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her surgery.
