44-year-old presented to the office with left breast cancer. She underwent bilateral breast nipple sparing mastectomy with breast reconstruction. The reconstruction process consisted of tissue expansion over 2 months to make room for implants. Once tissue expansion was at an optimal stage, I then placed permanent 360cc silicone implants.
