Patient 231

Dr. Mattos
This 40-year-old patient had attempted to undergo breast augmentation with another provider. She had tuberous breast deformity and was very unhappy with the original augmentation that she underwent. To correct the breast augmentation, she had elsewhere for tuberous breasts, Dr. Mattos needed to properly fit the entire breast footprint to fill up the space, create a lower part of the breast, and address the position and herniation of the nipples at the same time. This was a complex revision case where Dr. Mattos performed the necessary steps that she did not have during her first surgery, giving her an outcome that she is ecstatic with and helps her feel like herself again.
