Breast Lift with Implants

A woman in her 40s desired fuller, more uplifted breasts to create a more youthful appearance. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with partial submuscular placement of 340 cc silicone implants and a breast lift. To minimize the risk of implant malposition, and absorbable mesh was utilized. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after surgery.
