A woman in her 60s desired fuller, more uplifted breasts to create a more youthful appearance. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with partial submuscular placement of 360 cc silicone implants and a breast lift. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her surgery.
