Case-36664

Dr. Mattos
This patient is in her late 50’s and had very large and pendulous breasts, with significant ptosis. Given the degree of ptosis, I performed a modified robertson-Boston modification breast reduction, which avoids the vertical scar between the areola and the inframammary fold. She healed beautifully and has a much improved breast shape. Most importantly, her back pain is much improved. Here she is seen 6 months after surgery. Her scars will continue to fade throughout the next 6 months.
