34-year-old male who had difficulty breathing and a significantly deviated nose, best seen by the septum visible in the left nostril in the preop photo. He wanted to straighten his nose a bit, smooth out the dorsal hump, and soften the tip. You can see in the photo on the right where he is 6 months out from surgery what an improvement he has in his nasal appearance while still maintaining a masculine nose.
