A woman in her 60s who desired aesthetic correction of her breasts and abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She underwent bilateral mastopexy with auto augmentation, a procedure which improves upper pole with the transfer of the patient’s own breast tissue. In addition she had a lipo–abdominoplasty with hide–definition liposuction of the upper abdomen. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her procedure.
