This patient, a woman in her 30s with 2 children, had significant weight loss after taking semaglutides. She desired fuller, more uplifted breasts and a flatter abdomen. She underwent a bilateral breast lift with dual plane placement of 435 cc silicone implants with mesh support utilizing an internal bra technique. In addition, she had a full lipo-abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 7 months after her procedure.
