The Institute for Hand Surgery at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group (LIPSG) is excited to announce our 2nd annual continuing medical education course (CME) scheduled for Wednesday, June 19th, 2019. The experienced plastic surgeons of LIPSG are dedicated to upholding our well-established commitment to staying at the forefront of medical advancements. This event allows us to share our knowledge with other medical professionals in order to improve care for patients with tendon injuries of the hand and wrist.

Program Details

This half-day program will focus on best practices and new developments in the evaluation and treatment of tendon injuries and common conditions of the hand, upper extremity, and peripheral nerves. This course is accredited in partnership with Nassau University Medical Center and is intended to benefit a range of medical professionals, including general practitioners, orthopedic surgeons, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and sports medicine, neurology, rheumatology, and hand specialists. Presenters will include LIPSG surgeons Dr. Roger L. Simpson, Dr. Laurence T. Glickman, Dr. Thomas A. Davenport, Dr. Brian A. Pinsky, Dr. Haritha B. Veeramachaneni, and Dr. Michael R. Christy. This event is open to the public, but seating is limited. Please register by June 7th to secure your spot.
