This patient, a woman in her 50s had undergone prior mastopexy and abdominoplasty several years earlier. She lost a substantial amount of weight through diet and exercise and desired more fullness of the breasts. She underwent subfascial placement of 340 cc Motiva implants. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 2 months after her surgery.
