This patient, a woman in her 40s, desired aesthetic correction of her Abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She presented with severe rectus diastases as well as an umbilical hernia. She underwent abdominoplasty with removal of her umbilicus. She had umbilical reconstruction secondarily. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 8 months after surgery.
