A woman in her 40s who had undergone prior oncoplastic partial breast reconstruction and desired smaller breasts and improved contour of her abdomen. She subsequently underwent abdominoplasty followed later by a secondary breast reduction and liposuction of the abdomen. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 8 months after her most recent procedure.
