Patient 21

Dr. Kilgo
This patient, a woman in her 20s, had severe breast asymmetry related to tuberous breast deformity, which was worsened by substantial weight loss. Her left breast was significantly smaller and had a higher inframammary fold. She underwent mastopexy dual-plane placement of silicone implants: 265 cc on the right and 310 cc on the left. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 1 year after surgery.
