This patient, a woman in her 40s who undergone prior breast augmentation over 20 years followed by implant removal, mastopexy and fat grafting approximately 10 years ago. These surgeries were performed elsewhere. She was unhappy with the appearance of her breasts and desired more fullness and better shape. She underwent subfascial placement of 290 cc Motiva implants along with mesh reinforcement as an internal bra. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after surgery.
