Dr. Kilgo
A woman in her 40s who desired fuller more uplifted breasts after weight loss and pregnancy. She underwent bilateral breast augmentation with mastopexy utilizing 305 cc silicone implants. Because of her reduced skin elasticity, absorbable mesh was utilized to improve support and prevent implant malposition. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 4 months after surgery.
