Breast Lift with Implants

This patient, a woman in her 50s with 3 children, desired improvement in her breast and abdominal contour after pregnancy and weight loss. She is also a competitive weightlifter. She underwent a breast augmentation with subfascial placement of 360 cc silicone implants, mesh reinforcement with an internal bra and circumareolar mastopexy. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her surgery.
