Revision Breast Surgery

This patient, a mother of 2 in her 40s, developed bilateral capsular contractures after a prior breast augmentation done elsewhere over 15 years earlier. She desired softer, smaller and more uplifted breasts. She underwent removal of both breast implants with complete capsulectomies, placement of round Motiva 285 cc implants and bilateral mastopexy. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after her surgery.
