This patient, a mother of 3 children in her 50s, desired improved abdominal contour after prior umbilical hernia repair. She underwent abdominoplasty. Because of her prior umbilical hernia, her umbilicus was reconstructed at a later date. Her postoperative photographs were taken approximately 8 months after her surgery.
