This patient, a woman in her 50s, desired aesthetic correction of her abdomen flanks and lower back after multiple pregnancies and weight loss. She also had an umbilical hernia. She underwent circumferential liposuction with abdominoplasty and umbilical removal. She underwent delayed umbilical reconstruction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 18 months after her surgery.
