This patient, a woman in her 50s with 3 children, desired improvement in her breast and abdominal contour after pregnancy and weight loss. She is also a competitive weightlifter. She underwent a mommy makeover with subfascial placement of 360 cc silicone implants, mesh reinforcement with an internal bra and circumareolar mastopexy. She also underwent abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 3 months after her surgery.
