This patient, a mother of 2 in her 30s, suffered from chronic neck back and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. In addition, she desired correction of her abdominal and flank contour after pregnancy and weight loss. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with full lipo abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her procedure.
