This patient, a woman in her 50s suffer from chronic neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. Her breast size was 38 DDD. She underwent bilateral breast reduction with lateral chest wall liposuction with a marked reduction in her breast size and significant relief of her neck back and shoulder pain at 6 months postop.
