This patient, a woman in her 50s who had undergone prior lumpectomy for benign disease and was left with a severe contour deformity and asymmetry. She underwent partial breast reconstruction on the left and a symmetrizing reduction on the right. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 5 years after her procedure.
