This patient, a woman in her 30s who suffered from chronic neck, back and shoulder pain secondary to the excessive weight of her breasts. She underwent bilateral breast reduction for symptomatic relief and liposuction of the axillary/lateral chest rolls to improve breast shape. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 1 year after her surgery.
