This patient, a mother of 3 in her 40s desired smaller, more uplifted breasts and improved body contour after pregnancy and weight loss. She underwent bilateral breast reduction, circumferential (360 degree) liposuction and abdominoplasty. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 months after her surgery.
