Rhinoplasty

A 16 year-old patient, 7 months post-op rhinoplasty.  This patient had a dorsal hump, a bulbous tip, and a wide mid-vault. Dorsal hump reduction, mid-vault narrowing, and tip refinement were performed. The overall goal is a conservative change of her nose to result in a natural appearance of the nose which does not droop when smiling.
