A woman in her 30s who desired aesthetic correction of her abdomen after multiple pregnancies. She also presented with a large umbilical hernia. She underwent abdominoplasty with flank liposuction. The procedure was performed at the time of umbilical hernia repair which required removal of the umbilicus by the general surgeon. She underwent delayed umbilical reconstruction. Her postoperative photos were taken approximately 1 year after her original tummy tuck.
