This patient, a mother of two in her 40s, wanted fuller breasts. She had noticeable breast asymmetry, with the left inframammary fold lower than the right. She underwent bilateral dual-plane placement of 285 cc Motiva implants. The right inframammary fold was slightly lowered and reinforced with an internal bra. The postoperative photos were taken approximately 6 weeks after surgery.
