After a two year hiatus, the Breast Cancer Summit, hosted annually by Long Island Plastic Surgical Group, resumed on October 12, 2022 at the Royalton Mansion in Roslyn Heights, NY.
During this much anticipated event our team at Long Island Plastic Surgical Group partnered with members of the local community to celebrate survivorship and focus on the importance of patient education. As in years past, the event provided an appropriate space for experts in the field to discuss how they are navigating the ever-evolving world of healthcare as it pertains to the fight against breast cancer. In addition to moving presentations by both experts and survivors, our 2022 keynote speaker was none-other-than celebrated ABC anchor and breast cancer survivor Amy Robach.
Overall, it was a day to celebrate those who have won the fight against breast cancer, support those managing a diagnosis, and remind our community that together, there is hope.
