ROSLYN, NY: Child Abuse Prevention Services (CAPS), a not-for-profit that has led the effort to prevent child abuse and neglect on Long Island for over 27 years, is pleased to announce the election of Rachel Ruotolo, MD, FACS to its Board of Directors. Dr. Ruotolo is a board certified pediatric plastic and craniofacial surgeon with Long Island Plastic Surgical Group.
