Dr. Catherine Calvert is highly trained in plastic and reconstructive surgery. Having recently completed her fellowship at Indiana University, Dr. Calvert brings a depth of surgical expertise, scientific research, and patient-centered care to New York Plastic Surgical Group.

A graduate of Amherst College and Drexel University College of Medicine, Dr. Calvert has trained extensively in both general and plastic surgery at prestigious institutions including the University of Maryland and the University of Pennsylvania. Her postdoctoral research fellowship focused on adipose-derived stem cells for their application in tissue regeneration and aesthetic treatments, contributing to numerous peer-reviewed publications in both reconstructive and cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Calvert’s clinical interests include aesthetic and reconstructive breast surgery, facial rejuvenation, Mohs reconstruction, migraine surgery, and body contouring. She is dedicated to delivering natural, refined results tailored to each patient’s individual goals.

A former collegiate athlete and lifelong volunteer, Dr. Calvert is known for her discipline, leadership, and compassionate bedside manner. Whether restoring form after illness or enhancing natural beauty, Dr. Calvert offers cutting-edge care with artistry, integrity, and precision.

Dr. Calvert’s personal interests include hiking, Pilates, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
