A woman in her 50s who desired aesthetic improvement in her abdomen after pregnancy. She underwent full lipo abdominoplasty with liposuction of the upper abdomen and flanks at the time of abdominoplasty. The postoperative photographs were taken approximately 4 months after her procedure.
