A patient in her 40s who desired improvement in her abdominal contour after pregnancy. She underwent lipo-abdominoplasty. Lipoabdominoplasty includes high-definition liposuction of the abdomen along with the more traditional skin excision and repair of the rectus diastases performed during a more traditional abdominoplasty. The postoperative photographs were taken approximately 1 year after her surgery.
