A patient in her 40s who desired smaller, more uplifted breasts and improvement in her abdominal contour after pregnancy. She underwent bilateral breast reduction and lipo-abdominoplasty. Lipoabdominoplasty includes high-definition liposuction of the abdomen along with the more traditional skin excision and repair of the rectus diastases performed during a more traditional abdominoplasty.
