Procedure: Nipple Sparing Mastectomy with implant based reconstruction
Notes: 48 year old female who required bilateral mastectomies, Nipple Sparing incisions along the inframammary fold were utilized to place tissue expanders at the time of mastectomies. Patient then had b/l exchange to silicone implants and fat grafting to bilateral superior poles.
