47 year old woman who had previously undergone excision of a large cyst of the left breast, leaving her with a severe breast deformity. This was corrected with placement of a 300cc silicone implant on the left and a 270 cc silicone implant on the right, using a dual plane technique. The photo is taken 6 months postoperatively.
